Our Service Standards Include:
- Phone call and email messages responded to the same day
- Certificates of Insurance issued within 24 hours (available within 1 hour)
- Bonding – same day service once approved by underwriting
- Claims reported to carriers immediately and complete follow up and review until claim is closed
- Policies reviewed and delivered within 60 days of the effective date
- Endorsement request sent to carriers within 24 hours
- Endorsements and Audits processed within 5 days of receipt from the carriers
- Policies processed within 15 days of receipt from the carriers
- Regular visits and service follow up by Producer and Servicing Account Manager
- Renewal review and market strategy meeting 90 days prior to renewal
- Submit your account to alternative carriers every year 60 days prior to the renewal
- Provide a competitive and comprehensive insurance program every year
